In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive health, safety, environmental, and security programs across our organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, decisive decision-making skills, and a commitment to fostering a culture of safety and security excellence. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect our employees, assets, and operations.

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE and security policies, procedures, and programs aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational standardsConduct comprehensive risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential workplace dangers and security vulnerabilitiesLead incident investigations, document findings, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrenceEnsure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local regulations through regular audits and inspectionsDesign and deliver safety training programs and security awareness initiatives to all organizational levelsManage emergency response planning, drills, and business continuity protocolsMonitor and analyze safety metrics, security incidents, and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvementCollaborate with department heads and operational teams to integrate HSE and security best practices into daily operationsMaintain detailed documentation, records, and reports related to safety incidents, audits, and compliance activitiesStay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging security threats to keep the organization informed and preparedOversee security systems, access controls, and surveillance protocols to protect organizational assetsServe as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, auditors, and external safety/security consultantsQualificationsProven experience (5+ years) in health, safety, environmental, and/or security management rolesStrong knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA standards, and other relevant compliance frameworksDemonstrated expertise in risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigationProficiency in developing and implementing safety programs and security protocolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirementsStrong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detailLeadership experience managing teams and driving organizational changeExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsProficiency with HSE management systems, incident tracking software, and data analysis toolsKnowledge of emergency response planning and business continuity managementUnderstanding of security systems, access control, and surveillance technologiesAbility to work independently and make decisive decisions in high-pressure situations•
Preferred Qualifications:
•OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent HSE credentialSecurity clearance or background in security managementFirst Aid and CPR certificationExperience with safety audits and compliance inspectionsBudget management and cost control experienceIndustry-specific HSE expertise (manufacturing, construction, healthcare, etc.)Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
