Field Security Manager

Job description The Field Security Manager is expected to function as a working manager and has some responsibility for other officers. This position has limited duties to coordinate and manage other officers. You must be flexible to work nights and weekends as needed.

Availability & Schedule:

Panama Schedule 3 days on and 3 days off rotating. 7pm-5am

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Inspections Training Scheduling Duties and Responsibilities:

Implementing and enforcing company policy and procedures. Assist with training officers. Assist with scheduling. Inspections of officers. Review officer reports. Act as security officer for vacant shifts/routes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must posses a valid driver's license. Must pass background check.

Of customer needs to include meeting quality standards for services.

Knowledge:

Of smart phones, tablets, and applications during duty.

Excellent observational skills and paying attention to detail.

To learn the layout of the property and buildings during your route.

To complete online training modules. Ability to have a good relationship with other employees and supervisors, follow directions, and showing the desire to learn new things and always give your best.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Previous customer service experience preferred. Previous supervision experience is preferred.

Physical/ Basic Requirements:

Ability to patrol the property and access areas quickly. Prolonged periods of standing, driving, and standing. Must provide proof of valid driver's license. Must have working smart phone. Must be able to walk for long periods of time, I.E Walking up and down stairs. Must be able to lift to twenty pounds at a time. Must be 21 years of age or older. Pass a drug and background test.
