Job Description

Accounts Manager/Area Manager What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
Manage services through subordinate supervisors and step in as needed Coordinate continuous training to ensure staff productivity Identify, analyze, and solve operational issues for continuous improvement Act as liaison between company ownership and client Maintain records and prepare productivity reports Ensure attendance, punctuality, and smooth daily operations Enforce company policies and procedures Develop and update security procedures (post orders) Oversee scheduling to meet customer and contract requirements Perform additional duties as required On-call responsibilities and potential post duties
Requirements:
Clean background Clean driving record Management skills Must have 3 years of private security experience Must have 3 years of Supervisor/Manager experience Must have 1 year of customer service experience Must pass a drug screening and background check Must have excellent customer service skills Computer skills are required, including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Office, and Google Sheets High School Diploma required Familiarity with the use of computers and Microsoft Office is essential
Qualifications:
Ex-military or ex-law enforcement preferred but not required Management experience is a plus Clean driving record / active driver's license Law Enforcement/Military experience preferred
