As a Security Manager here at Honeywell, you serve as primary authority of Classification. Develops and implements classification policies and guidance at the enterprise level as well as oversees personnel in the uniform application of these policies and implementations. Serves as leader on projects including coordination of activities and personnel. Serves as the Use Control Site Coordinator. Works with other sites across the DOE complex to develop useful and meaningful guidance on a variety of classified technical subjects. Has oversight for all classification projects at (Location). Works under administrative direction only with considerable latitude for autonomous actions or decisions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines Manage security operations, including access control, surveillance, and incident response Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate security measures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security vulnerabilities Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards Must Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering or ten years relevant work experience in a scientific or technical field if degree outside of Engineering
- 5 + years' experience in Security/Classification Operations, or related technical field
- Minimum of three years' experience as a Derivative Classifier
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Q Clearance
