Vitalis Security combines intelligent video analytics, access control, environmental management, and monitored alarms into a single easy to use platform. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Central Security Manager to join our dynamic team.
Shift:
rotating evening/overnight shifts (4pm-11pm; 11pm-8am).
What You Will Do:
Lead, schedule and mentor a team of SOC analysts. Oversees daily SOC operations ensuring 24/7 monitoring coverage and adherence to response times. Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and escalation protocols. Conduct ongoing training, quality assurance reviews and performance evaluations for SOC staff. Monitor performance metrics and produce regular operational reports for senior leadership. Lead investigation of security incidents, ensuring thorough documentation, root cause analysis and timely resolution. Manage vendor and platform relationships relevant to monitoring and security operations. Develop and deliver customer analytic packages, providing clients with actionable insights into alarm activity, response trends, and system performance. Serve as a senior technical resource for customer escalation involving platform integrations, camera systems, and alarm monitoring. Diagnose and resolve technical issues across multiple platforms. Troubleshoot camera system connectivity, configuration, and video quality issues.

What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Three years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC). Two years in a supervisory or managerial role. Demonstrated technical troubleshooting skills with alarm/video system integrations and IP camera systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Professional certifications such as CPP, CSSA, PSP, or relevant certification in security operations and surveillance are a plus.
