Associate Relationship Manager

Responsibilities Control access points by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Conduct routine patrols of the premises to identify potential safety hazards or unauthorized access. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting theft or vandalism activities. Enforce security policies and conflict management protocols to de-escalate tense situations effectively. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for record-keeping and reporting purposes. Requirements Prior experience or training in law enforcement, military, or security roles is preferred. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with security equipment such as CCTV systems and access control devices. Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail for identifying potential threats.
