Job Title:
Manager-Program/Contract Location:
Rosemead, California (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to independently oversee a portfolio of physical security technology capital projects in a dynamic environment. Our team values proactive project management and meticulous financial tracking to ensure success across all assigned initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Independently manage multiple physical security technology capital projects, ranging from $10K to $1M. Review engineering plans and drawings to ensure alignment with security standards and business objectives. Lead and coordinate vendor field activities, ensuring construction efforts meet required schedules and safety standards. Maintain project documentation, including financial forecasts, project charters, and status reports for ongoing performance evaluation.
Required:
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a related field. At least 2 years of contract management experience. At least 2 years of supervisory experience. Experience developing medium to complex project schedules using MS Project.
