Regional Leadership Team Position Overview:
Apollo Security Group is seeking a results-driven and operationally focused Security Operations Manager•Jacksonville to oversee and grow assigned security portfolios throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, maintaining strong client relationships, supervising personnel, and supporting regional growth initiatives across a diverse portfolio of educational, institutional, and private-sector environments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of contract security operations, workforce management, client service delivery, and personnel accountability. This individual must be able to manage multiple priorities, maintain strong operational standards, and build lasting client relationships while supporting the continued growth of the Atlanta market. Key Responsibilities Operations & Portfolio Management Manage assigned client accounts and security contracts throughout the Atlanta region Oversee security operations across multiple client environments, including educational, institutional, and high-profile private facilities Ensure consistent service delivery and compliance with all post orders, policies, procedures, and client expectations Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, and operational coverage across multiple sites Conduct routine site visits, inspections, and performance evaluations Respond to and resolve operational issues, incidents, staffing challenges, and client concerns promptly Monitor staffing efficiency, overtime, and operational performance to support account profitability Maintain operational readiness and ensure consistent field leadership presence Client Relationship Management Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing clients and stakeholders Serve as a primary point of contact for operational matters and issue resolution Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement Support contract renewals, client retention, and long-term account success Maintain a professional presence while adapting service delivery to varying client environments and expectations Personnel Management Supervise site supervisors and field personnel across assigned accounts Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and retention of security personnel Enforce company standards, policies, and disciplinary procedures Provide coaching, accountability, and performance management as needed Promote professionalism, reliability, and service excellence among field staff Business Development Partner with leadership to support regional growth initiatives, client retention, and account expansion opportunities Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Atlanta market Participate in client walk-throughs, presentations, and proposal support Represent Apollo Security Group professionally within the local business and security community Administrative & Reporting Maintain accurate operational reports, documentation, and incident follow-up Coordinate with corporate leadership regarding staffing, compliance, and performance expectations Monitor operational trends and support continuous service improvement across assigned accounts Qualifications Florida D & G, but prefer MB License Prior experience in contract security operations, field supervision, or security management preferred Experience managing multi-site operations, personnel scheduling, and client-facing relationships preferred Professional certifications such as CSSM, CPP, APP, or PSP preferred Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to manage multiple sites, priorities, and staffing needs simultaneously Professional, client-focused demeanor with strong relationship-building skills Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with administrators, executives, and high-profile clientele Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and basic administrative systems Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Schedule flexibility required, including occasional evenings, weekends, and after-hours operational response as needed Why Join Apollo Security Group Opportunity to lead and grow high-profile regional client accounts Direct involvement in operations, client engagement, and regional growth initiatives Visibility with executive leadership and the opportunity to make an immediate impact Supportive leadership and a collaborative operational environment Advancement opportunities based on performance as the organization continues to grow Apollo Security Group is an equal opportunity employer.
