Job Summary
ACLC, LLC
is seeking a highly responsible Special Security Representative (SSR) to support the U.S. Army Central (USARCENT) Headquarters G2 Security Division. Under the direction of the government Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) Special Security Officer (SSO), the successful candidate will manage, execute, and monitor day-to-day SCIF security operations. This includes physical security, personnel security processing, information security compliance, and access control to protect classified national security data within the
USARCENT
footprint. This is a full-time, on-site position, which requires a Top SECRET clearance. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
SCIF Management & Compliance:
Ensure daily compliance of the SCIF with Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD 705) and DoD regulations. Conduct routine inspections, maintain emergency action plans, and manage facility access control systems.
Personnel Security Processing:
Assist in processing SCI eligibility requests, executing nondisclosure agreements (SF-312), conducting security indoctrinations/de-indoctrinations, and managing foreign travel reporting for
USARCENT
personnel.
Visitor Control & Clearance Verification:
Verify incoming personnel security clearances and access levels utilizing the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and the National Background Investigation Services (NBIS). Coordinate visitor badges and escorts.
Information Security Support:
Monitor the handling, transmission, storage, and destruction of SCI material. Oversee secure communications systems, report potential security violations, and assist in conducting mandatory annual security awareness training.
Industrial & Contract Security:
Assist in reviewing DD Form 254 (DoD Contract Security Classification Specification) documents to ensure subordinate contractor companies comply with assigned security requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field (equivalent military personnel/industrial security experience may be substituted).
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of dedicated experience operating as an SSR or assisting an SSO in a government or defense contractor SCIF environment.
Technical Training:
Completion of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) CDSE Center for Development of Security Excellence courses, or the DIA SSR Course, is highly preferred.
Systems Proficiency:
Direct hands-on experience utilizing DISS, e-QIP/eApp, NBIS, and standard secure facility visitor management systems.
Clearance:
Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is mandatory at the time of application.
Skills:
Expert knowledge of ICD 705, DoDM 5105.21 (SCI Administrative Security Manual), and standard military physical security protocols.
