Description:
Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services is seeking an Industrial Security Professional / Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) to join the security team in Grand Prairie, TX. You will perform program security duties supporting multiple special access programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Security Representative you will perform duties as the Alternate Contractor SAP Security Officer (ACSSO) or Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) for multiple complex and growing programs. You will be responsible for all aspects of security to include personnel, physical, technical, subcontractor management, classification management, inspection readiness, OPSEC requirements, and partnering with program management. The selected candidate will develop creative security solutions to meet mission requirements while ensuring compliance with our customers' expectations and applicable security policies and directives. This role is the primary security interface with all levels of associated program personnel at Lockheed Martin as well as customer and subcontractor sites. - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
― Final Secret security clearance and a background investigation performed within the last five years. ― Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals. ― Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. ― Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
Desired Skills:
― Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance. ― Experience working DoD Special Programs as a CPSO, ACPSO or physical security specialist. ― Basic understanding of shipping and receiving classified hardware. ― Lead and implement change in a collaborative and inclusive manner, have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude. ― Ability to work independently when required and be a team player. ― Highly organized and detail oriented. ― Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. ― Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Considered experienced, but still a learner.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
