The Physical Security Professional is responsible for conducting, coordinating, and managing security operations across a geographic area to protect employees, assets, and business operations. This role partners closely with facilities, business units, and leadership to ensure compliance with enterprise security policies while proactively mitigating risk. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in risk management, crisis response, and security operations planning, along with the ability to analyze threats and implement effective controls. You will lead security initiatives, monitor compliance metrics, and support enterprise-wide safety strategies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational continuity and resilient security programs in a dynamic environment. Further, this role oversees security arrangements for a range of events, from VIP guests to corporate executives.What You Will Do:
Collaborate with facilities, business units, and leadership to ensure adherence to enterprise security policies and procedures Provides oversight and entry control for identified groups within the headquarters facility Coordinate and monitor security operations including transportation, personnel security, and external vendor services Develop, manage, and maintain security operations plans, emergency/crisis response plans, compliance metrics, and reporting frameworks Support and participate in crisis management planning, simulations, and incident response activities Conduct risk assessments and advise stakeholders on threat mitigation strategies and security best practices Maintain and analyze security data, processes, and reporting tools to improve operational effectiveness Partner cross-functionally to ensure compliance with safety, emergency response, and business continuity programs Support training initiatives and contribute to security awareness and preparedness programs Build relationships across teams and geographies to ensure coordinated global security executionWhat You Will Bring:

Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or corporate security environments Familiarity with access control systems, CCTV, visitor management systems, and security technologies Experience leading or supporting global or multi-site security programs Certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional), PSP, or related security credentials Experience designing or delivering security training programs Advanced proficiency in data visualization or reporting tools (Excel, dashboards, etc.) Knowledge of enterprise emergency management and regulatory requirementsAdditional Info:

$81,370.00 - $122,060.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
