- Level 1 (SOC Operator
- Night) Roles & Responsibilities Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors while providing general unarmed security services across multiple locations.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of security operations experience preferred, with consideration given to military, law enforcement, or customer service management backgrounds. Preferred experience in corporate-level security and management. Internal candidates must demonstrate exemplary performance and attendance, with no disciplinary actions within the past year. Exceptional customer service, organizational, analytical, and communication skills. High attention to detail and adaptability to change. Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic, customer-facing environments. Ability to work independently with little oversight.Qualifications and Education Requirements:
18+ years of age High School Diploma or GED required. Valid Non-Commissioned Security License- Level II Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills:
First Aid/CPR/AED qualified. Proficiency in incident response planning and execution. Strong leadership, communication, issue resolution, and performance management abilities. VIP handling, Corporate Security or UHNW experience Optimization of security operations processes and procedures, with a focus on continual improvement. Bilingual proficiency desired, Spanish.The following screenings are required:
Criminal Background Check Drug Screen The following shifts are available: Night shift (including weekends)- 12hr shifts, 5pm-5am; fireman schedule #PRO123
