Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Account Manager to oversee daily security operations and ensure the highest level of service delivery at assigned client sites. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment while managing personnel and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise security personnel, ensuring consistent compliance with company policies and site-specific procedures Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; maintain strong professional relationships and address concerns promptly Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and operational efficiency Oversee scheduling, staffing, and coverage to meet operational needs Ensure all incident reports and documentation are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner Train, coach, and evaluate security staff to maintain high performance standards Enforce safety protocols and emergency response procedures Coordinate with local management and leadership to improve overall service delivery Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Valid Driver's License required Previous security supervisor experience preferred Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Physical Requirements Ability to walk for extended periods of time Capable of performing routine patrols and site inspections Why Join Us Competitive pay and stable weekday schedule Opportunity for career advancement Supportive team environment We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity at all levels of our organization.
