Our unified communications suite (UCaaS) uniquely aligns with the operating needs of MSPs and enables their customers to experience seamless communication and collaboration regardless of physical location About the Role We are looking for a proactive, data-driven Partner Success Manager to empower our Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners. Your goal is to guide partners through the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Security Risk Management (SRM) landscape, helping them successfully adopt our platforms and resell them alongside our other Security Solutions. You will lead onboarding, use data to drive engagement, and act as a strategic advisor to help MSPs build profitable security and compliance service offerings.
What You'll Do Onboarding & Enablement:
Lead the onboarding journey for new MSP partners, ensuring they know how to implement, deploy, and strategically position
Cytracom's Security Solutions Proactive, Data-Driven Engagement:
Monitor platform usage and health scores to spot trends. Use these insights to proactively reach out, drive adoption, prevent churn, and identify expansion opportunities.
Empower MSP Reselling:
Equip MSPs with the playbooks, use cases, and knowledge they need to confidently pitch and resell to their end customers.
Business Reviews:
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners to align on goals, review usage metrics, and plan for mutual revenue growth.
Internal Advocacy:
Act as the voice of the partner, sharing feedback with our Product and Engineering teams to continuously improve our solutions.
