Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking energetic and highly motivated Level II Security Officers and Shift Managers to lead and manage new security assignments across diverse environments. In this pivotal role, you will utilize your extensive security expertise to oversee physical security operations, ensure safety protocols are followed, and coordinate emergency responses. Your leadership will be instrumental in establishing a secure environment, managing access control systems, conducting surveillance activities, and maintaining detailed incident reports. This is an exciting opportunity for seasoned security professionals eager to take on leadership responsibilities and make a tangible impact in safeguarding assets, personnel, and property. Duties Lead and coordinate new security assignments, ensuring seamless implementation of security protocols and procedures. Conduct comprehensive surveillance using CCTV systems, perform regular patrols, and monitor physical security measures to detect and prevent threats. Verify and manage access control systems to regulate entry and exit points for employee, resident, visitor, contractor, driver and vendor badges and credentials against Client- approved access requirements. Respond swiftly to emergency situations by executing emergency response procedures, including fire safety protocols, AED operation, CPR, and conflict de-escalation techniques. Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or other noteworthy events with clarity and accuracy. Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting when necessary for equipment or supplies while adhering to safety guidelines. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring external coordination. Conduct routine and random patrols of premises to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting residents, visitors and staff professionally while maintaining a secure environment.
