Raytheon is seeking a Sr. Security Analyst to support classified programs in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). This role provides operational and programmatic security support to the Facility Security Officer (FSO) across industrial, personnel, physical, and program security disciplines. The selected candidate will support day‑to‑day security operations, collaborate with internal teams and government stakeholders, and help ensure compliance with NISPOM and company policies. This position operates with moderate supervision and is well‑suited for a security professional who is motivated to broaden skills, increase responsibility over time, and pursue continued professional growth within a regulated environment. What We Are Looking For Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 2 years' prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field. Prior experience in Industrial or Military/Government security role. Active and transferable Confidential clearance level required at time of application.
