We are seeking a Security Specialist to support our Insider Risk, Threat Intelligence, and Physical Security programs. This is a corporate security focused role emphasizing data analysis, AI/automation-enabled workflows, and executive ready communications. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, operationally minded, and can turn complex issues into clear recommendations and polished briefings.Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end, driving planning, execution, delivery, and seamless transition to long-term owners or PMOs.
- Bring structure to ambiguous or unowned work by defining scope, creating actionable plans, and delivering measurable business outcomes with minimal direction.
- Build scalable program infrastructure through metrics, dashboards, playbooks, SOPs, and repeatable frameworks that improve visibility, consistency, and execution.
- Partner with authorities and key team members to launch new initiatives, align priorities, manage risks, and translate strategy into executable plans.
- Drive business operations and executive engagement by developing plans, monitoring budget and headcount, managing operational cadence, and delivering executive-level communications that inform, influence, and align decision makers.
- Support insider risk, threat intelligence, and physical security operations by identifying behavioral and operational risks, monitoring incident trends, and coordinating with key stakeholders.
- Deliver actionable intelligence and risk assessments for facilities, personnel, travel, executives, events, and business operations to inform security planning and decision-making.
- Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to create dashboards, executive briefings, incident reports, intelligence updates, and leadership-ready insights that optimize resources and strengthen security programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in corporate/physical security, intelligence analysis, investigations, executive protection, GSOC operations, or related security disciplines.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to synthesize information gathered from various sources and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in AI, automation, and agentic AI, applying advanced technologies to enhance security workflows, investigations, and operational efficiency.
- Expert-level presentation and communication skills, including executive-ready visual storytelling, polished presentations, and concise analytical writing.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including pivot tables, data visualization, data cleansing, and development of scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with OSINT tradecraft and tools (e.g., social media monitoring, public records, geospatial tools).
- Experience supporting workplace violence prevention, executive protection, or travel security programs.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Prior experience in a Fortune 500 environment.
