Based primarily in Warrenton, Virginia, this role oversees multi-site security operations within the region, including personnel leadership, staffing continuity, compliance execution, incident response, audit readiness, and day-to-day operational performance. The manager serves as a key operational leader for cleared security personnel, ensuring site procedures are followed, service levels are maintained, and security requirements are consistently enforced. This role is ideal for a security operations leader with experience in high-accountability environments, team supervision, customer-facing operations, and compliance-driven program execution.
