Job Description
RedCloud seeks a Physical Security Program Manager to support immediate client operations.
Location:
United States ( Remote). Regional travel required up to 50%.Overview:
The Physical Security Program Manager oversees a global project rollout involving the replacement of access badge readers across our client's data center footprint. The consultant will track project signals from end-user teams, coordinate with external security integrators for installation, and manage schedules and implementation from design through acceptance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support client project to upgrade and remediate access badge reader replacements across the region. Provide construction administration support during installation, including shop drawing and product submittal review and RFI response review assistance. Manage the security commissioning process for each project. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve commissioning issues and incorporate feedback. Serve as the primary point of contact through the project lifecycle for all RFIs, closely monitoring project progress. Drive project-level cross-team coordination across Project Design, scheduling, vendor site coordination, commissioning, Level 2, and Acceptance. Communicate project schedule and status to need-to-know stakeholders. Drive project meetings. Initiate support tickets and escalate as necessary. Collaborate with client teams and the installation vendor to ensure full coordination and schedule awareness. Provide DCSS support to ensure installation and programming are fully addressed. Track ongoing project critical milestones. Travel on-site and/or provide virtual support during each Cx phase as required by project scope. Participate in Lessons Learned sessions with the Design Engineering Team to continuously improve the delivery of security installations. Drive continuous improvement, applying lessons learned to fix systemic inefficiencies across the program. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities: 7+ years in physical security systems delivery and/or critical infrastructure delivery in complex construction environments (data centers preferred). Strong working knowledge of physical security systems and delivery lifecycle (access control, CCTV, commissioning/acceptance, turnover documentation discipline). Proven experience running delivery governance rhythms (milestones, risk/issue management, escalation leadership) across multiple concurrent projects. Demonstrated people leadership experience managing technical delivery/field execution teams. Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence DCS, vendors (SIs/GCs), and internal security/operations stakeholders to drive outcomes. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US:
$125,000 - $150,000(USD) + bonus programs + benefits.
