Responsibilities Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and conduct regular surveillance to identify suspicious activity or security breaches. Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations. Conduct patrols of the premises to ensure safety protocols are followed and identify potential hazards or security vulnerabilities. Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and preventing theft or vandalism. Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, following established emergency procedures. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders during incidents or investigations as required. Experience Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV technology. Training in conflict management, first aid, CPR, and loss prevention techniques is advantageous. Familiarity with security protocols and procedures for maintaining safety in various environments.
