Schedule Friday - Sunday 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM 1st and 2nd Shift Available Weekend‑only position Pay $35.00 per hour Requirements (All Required) Prior Military, Corrections, Law Enforcement, or POST‑Certified experience Minimum 5 years of Armed Security experience Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Current De‑escalation Certification Valid Armed Guard Card Current certifications for: Baton Pepper Spray Handcuffs Z26 Taser

Certification Responsibilities Maintain a strong armed security presence Deter theft, violence, and criminal behavior Respond to incidents professionally and lawfully Utilize de‑escalation techniques when appropriate Perform foot patrols and monitor assigned areas Important Location & Licensing Information Worksite is located in West Memphis, Arkansas Interviews will be conducted in Memphis, TN If selected, candidate must travel to Little Rock, AR for state licensing Ideal Candidate Professional, disciplined, alert, and customer‑aware with strong judgment under pressure. This is an elite‑level armed post requiring proven experience.
