Job Overview Position Overview Ironcrest Protection Services is hiring professional and reliable security officers for an active 24/7 fire watch and construction site security assignment in Buckeye, Arizona. We are looking for officers who can maintain a strong visible presence, conduct active patrol operations, complete detailed reporting, and professionally handle site activity throughout the shift. This is a high-accountability position requiring professionalism, alertness, reliability, and strong communication skills. Job Duties Fire watch patrol operations Active foot patrols throughout construction site Monitoring for fire hazards and unsafe conditions Monitoring entrances, fencing, and vulnerable areas Deterring trespassing, theft, vandalism, and loitering Completing hourly reports and photo documentation Reporting suspicious activity and incidents immediately Maintaining communication with supervisors and dispatch Requirements Personal vehicle

REQUIRED
