Behavioral Systems Southwest, Inc.- Florence Residential Reentry is looking for a Security Supervisor to work in our residential program. Job duties include, but are not limited to supervision of staff, staff training staff evaluations, staff discipline, weekly, monthly, annual reports, GPS tracking, population counts, urinalysis testing, searches, accountability/movement control in and out of program, life safety, working shifts, etc. The goal of the facility is to protect the health, safety and welfare of all residents by following determined policies, procedures and protocols. Required:

Must have a minimum of 1 years experience supervising personnel. Must possess excellent written, verbal communication skills, along with the ability to be organized and multi-task. Must be able to work varied schedule including weekends and holidays. We encourage those with correctional experience, law enforcement experience and/or veterans to apply. Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background investigation. Must have clear DMV and present a 3 year DMV printout at the time the application is filed. The candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. This is a 24 hour, 7 day per week, 365 day per year program that never closes. Candidates must be able to work shift work - graveyard/swing shifts, weekends and holidays.
