Unarmed Flex Officer

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Flex Unarmed Security Guard to provide professional security services across a variety of assignments. This role requires strong situational awareness, sound judgment, excellent customer service, and the flexibility to work a range of shifts as business needs change.

Responsibilities:

• Provide security services to clients.
• Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons.
• Write reports on daily activities and irregularities, including equipment or property damage, theft, unauthorized persons, and unusual occurrences.
• Warn persons of rule infractions or violations and remove violators from the premises when necessary, following site procedures and applicable law.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Contact police or fire departments in emergency situations, such as fire or unauthorized entry.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, employees, and visitors.

Schedule & Availability:

• Must have open availability.
• Must be able to work days, swings, overnights, holidays, and weekends.
• Must be available to work 16-hour shifts when needed.

Requirements:

• Current unarmed guard card required.
• 3-5 years of security experience, including supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Must have a working cell phone and reliable transportation.
• Must have a black suite and Tie with white shirt

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay starts at $20.00 per hour and includes weekly pay, paid time off, and health benefits.
