Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by following established procedures. Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, de-escalating disputes and maintaining order. Document all activities through detailed shift reports, incident logs, and surveillance records for accountability and review. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during critical incidents to ensure swift resolution. Requirements Must have a certified and updated guard card. Demonstrated ability to remain alert for extended periods while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Familiarity with security protocols, access control procedures, and emergency response strategies is beneficial.
