Your Role:

• Greet and assist visitors while maintaining a welcoming presence.
• Monitor and manage the premises to ensure the safety of all guests, residents, or patrons.
• Address concerns or incidents with a focus on professionalism and de-escalation.
• Report any issues or irregularities promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Respond promptly to alarms and calls for assistance, ensuring appropriate action is taken. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure safety standards are maintained. Maintain surveillance through CCTV systems, documenting any unusual activities or incidents. Enforce rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for all individuals on the premises. Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations for management review. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed during incidents or emergencies. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries professionally. Skills CPR certification is highly desirable; First Aid training is a plus. Experience in law enforcement or loss prevention is advantageous. Proficient in operating CCTV systems and surveillance equipment. Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively. Ability to remain calm under pressure while making sound decisions quickly. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential security threats. A background in military or security training is beneficial but not mandatory.
