Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies by following established protocols, including performing first aid, CPR, AED operation, or fire safety procedures as needed. Perform background checks on new staff or visitors as part of the access control process when required. Manage conflict de-escalation techniques to resolve disputes calmly while maintaining safety and compliance with security regulations. Experience Prior experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Familiarity with CCTV systems, surveillance technology, and access control systems. Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and fire safety is preferred; training can be provided if necessary. Knowledge of incident report writing procedures and emergency response protocols. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when necessary for equipment or security checks. Strong conflict management skills with a focus on de-escalation techniques in high-pressure situations. Demonstrated understanding of physical security principles, law enforcement practices, and compliance with security regulations.
