Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Unarmed Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' premises, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in security operations and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Be able to work swing/grave shifts and overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular foot patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect security threats Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors Enforce company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in unarmed security Strong understanding of security principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications a plus Clean criminal record and ability to pass a background check
