Job Description

Schedule:
32 hours a week (Flexible schedule)
Summary:
Join our dynamic security team and play a vital role in safeguarding one of our premier properties. As a dedicated Security Guard, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment while consistently upholding our high standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Vigilant Monitoring:
Oversee the safety of the premises using advanced surveillance techniques, including CCTV monitoring, to detect and respond quickly to potential threats.
Emergency Response:
Utilize certified CPR and first aid skills to provide immediate assistance in emergencies. Prior experience in law enforcement or military service is highly valued for effectively managing security incidents.
Conflict Resolution:
Apply strong conflict management skills to de-escalate situations calmly and decisively, ensuring safety and peace for all individuals on-site.
Loss Prevention:
Implement effective strategies to prevent theft or damage, protecting both property and assets.
Requirements:
Certifications:
Current Guard Card, valid driver's license, BSIS SB1626/SB390, CPR/First Aid/AED certification
Skills:
Proficient in first aid, CPR, and emergency response. Experience with law enforcement, military service, or CCTV operations is preferred.
