As a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Risk Recognition in Bell, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide professional customer service and clear communication. Bring at least two years of security-related experience to a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and committed to integrity, teamwork, and a caring culture that puts people first.

PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a government location. Respond to incidents, public inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or public agencies as directed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, documenting observations, incidents, and unusual conditions in accordance with site procedures. Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by providing directions, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and supporting site-specific protocols.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
