The ideal candidate will maintain a visible presence, monitor activities, enforce regulations, and respond promptly to any incidents or threats across assigned locations. Excellent written and verbal communication Key Responsibilities Monitor and review surveillance camera feeds. Enforce building access control and visitor management procedures. Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including medical, fire, or security incidents. Provide crowd control and manage access during events or peak times. Write and submit detailed incident, maintenance, and shift reports. Liaise with emergency services when required. Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and customer-service-oriented approach at all times. Ensure compliance with all company and legal safety and security regulations. Licenses/Certifications:
Valid BSIS Guard Card (required) Valid Driver's License and/or Government ID (required)

Certification (required) CPR/First Aid/AED Certification (required )
Skills:
2 way radio operations experience preferred CCTV operations experience preferred

Strong ethical standards and integrity Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure Physically fit and able to stand or walk for long periods Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Working Conditions May require extended shifts during emergencies, events, or shift coverage needs. $19.25 - $21.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have the BS-1626 certification required? Please note that BS-1626 is not your guard card. BS-1626 is a specialized certification required to work at sites that serve K-12 students. It is a 24-hour course, taken in addition to your standard guard card training. Please confirm whether you currently hold this certification. If not, you will need to complete it before being assigned to any K-12 location.
