The ideal candidate will maintain a visible presence, monitor activities, enforce regulations, and respond promptly to any incidents or threats across assigned locations. Excellent written and verbal communication Key Responsibilities Monitor and review surveillance camera feeds. Enforce building access control and visitor management procedures. Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including medical, fire, or security incidents. Provide crowd control and manage access during events or peak times. Write and submit detailed incident, maintenance, and shift reports. Liaise with emergency services when required. Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and customer-service-oriented approach at all times. Ensure compliance with all company and legal safety and security regulations.
