Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Driver Screening Support in Bloomington, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener at a logistics and distribution location, you will help support a secure environment by screening people, packages, and/or vehicles in accordance with site procedures. You will maintain a visible presence, communicate professionally, document security-related activities, and help deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Screen individuals, packages, and/or property entering or leaving the logistics and distribution location in accordance with established procedures. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry to help deter unauthorized access and potential loss. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter; document observations and report suspicious activity.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
