Mandatory Qualifications:

Please do not apply if you do not meet these minimum qualifications listed below - Prior Executive Protection experience (1-2 yrs. min.) Prior Residential Security experience (1-2 yrs. min) MUST have a valid California CCW permit Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit Valid BSIS Guard Card Preferred candidates will have: Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a strong understanding of protective operations. Certifications in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), conflict management, report writing, surveillance techniques are highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and discretion. Knowledge of security systems, CCTV surveillance equipment, and access control protocols. Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail and situational awareness. Strong communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with clients and emergency responders. Ability to stand, walk, or remain alert for extended periods as required by the role. This position is an excellent fit for individuals dedicated to safeguarding others through active protection strategies combined with technical security expertise. Provide personal protection for clients, ensuring their safety during daily activities and special events. Monitor and control access points to residential properties and secure facilities, verifying identities and authorizations. Respond promptly to security alarms, incidents, or suspicious activities with appropriate action plans. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during emergencies or security breaches.

Pay:

$35.00 - $42.00 per hour
