The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good customer service, and the ability to remain alert and professional throughout their shift. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for hotel guests, employees, and visitors while following all site-specific procedures and company policies. Responsibilities Monitor the hotel property and maintain a visible security presence Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas Respond appropriately to security concerns, incidents, and emergencies Assist hotel staff and guests when security-related concerns arise Enforce site rules and company policies Observe and report suspicious or unusual activity Complete required daily activity reports and incident reports Maintain professional communication with hotel management, employees, guests, and visitors Follow all post orders and site-specific security procedures Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times Requirements Previous security experience preferred Valid California Guard Card required Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be able to communicate effectively in English Reliable attendance and punctuality Professional appearance and conduct Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Must be comfortable working independently Must be willing and able to work the 3:30 PM-12:00 AM shift Must be available to work Wednesday-Sunday consistently Black suit required; employee must provide their own
