In this role, you will oversee the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets by managing a team of security officers, implementing security protocols, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Your energetic leadership will help maintain a secure environment through proactive patrols, surveillance, incident management, and emergency response coordination. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in physical security, law enforcement procedures, and emergency response to make a tangible difference every day. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate security personnel during shifts to ensure high standards of safety and service. Conduct regular patrols using CCTV surveillance systems and physical patrols to monitor premises for suspicious activity or safety hazards. Oversee access control systems, perform background checks on new personnel, and manage visitor screening procedures. Respond swiftly to incidents by writing detailed incident reports, managing conflict de-escalation, and executing emergency response procedures including
CPR, AED
operation, and first aid. Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting when necessary for equipment or incident management. Your own vehicle and good driving record Enforce security regulations by conducting compliance checks and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies while maintaining clear communication with team members and clients. Experience Proven experience in physical security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on surveillance and incident management. Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, access control systems, firearm handling, Taser deployment, and emergency response procedures including AED operation. Demonstrated ability to write comprehensive incident reports accurately and promptly. Experience performing background checks and managing conflict de-escalation techniques effectively. Familiarity with security regulations, compliance standards, heavy lifting protocols, and customer service principles within a security environment. Certifications in first aid (CPR/AED), conflict management, heavy lifting safety practices, and law enforcement training are highly desirable. You must have a valid BSIS Guard Card Join us as a Security Field Supervisor to lead with energy and precision in safeguarding people and property!
