Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate security personnel during shifts to ensure high standards of safety and service. Conduct regular patrols using CCTV surveillance systems and physical patrols to monitor premises for suspicious activity or safety hazards. Oversee access control systems, perform background checks on new personnel, and manage visitor screening procedures. Respond swiftly to incidents by writing detailed incident reports, managing conflict de-escalation, and executing emergency response procedures including

Experience Proven experience in physical security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on surveillance and incident management. Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, access control systems, firearm handling, Taser deployment, and emergency response procedures including AED operation. Demonstrated ability to write comprehensive incident reports accurately and promptly. Experience performing background checks and managing conflict de-escalation techniques effectively. Familiarity with security regulations, compliance standards, heavy lifting protocols, and customer service principles within a security environment. Certifications in first aid (CPR/AED), conflict management, heavy lifting safety practices, and law enforcement training are highly desirable.
