PART TIME WEEKEND
Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage. Prepare detailed reports of incidents and observations for management review. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns. Requirements Valid security certificate or relevant training is preferred. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
