CNUSD Now Hiring:
CNUSD Site Security Officer We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Site Security Officer to help safeguard a construction site by maintaining a secure environment and responding effectively to incidents. This role requires strong observational skills, quick decision-making, and a strong commitment to safety. Key Responsibilities Site Security & Patrols Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate safety or security risks Serve as a visible deterrent to unauthorized access and theft Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies Monitor high-risk areas and coordinate with fellow officers to ensure full coverage Observation & Reporting Maintain constant vigilance to detect suspicious activity or individuals Accurately document incidents, accidents, and unusual occurrences Maintain detailed daily activity logs and visitor records Communicate effectively with the central security control room and site personnel Emergency Response Assist during fire drills, evacuations, or medical emergencies Follow established emergency protocols and procedures Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency responders when needed Client Relations & Documentation Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and site staff Ensure all incidents are properly documented and reported Perform additional duties as assigned to support site safety and operations Qualifications Prior security experience preferred, especially in construction or industrial environments Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure Physically fit to perform patrols and respond to emergencies Must be at least 26 years old Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible to drive company vehicles
