Role:

The Security Guard will be assigned to a busy restaurant environment and is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. This position requires strong visibility, professionalism, and customer service skills while working in a fast-paced setting.

Shift Details:

Weekend shifts required 5.5-hour shift + 30-minute unpaid lunch

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid California Guard Card Power to Arrest Certificate Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to remain calm in a high-traffic environment Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in restaurant or retail security Experience with crowd control CPR/First Aid certification Strong report writing skills

Responsibilities:

Maintain a visible security presence inside the restaurant Monitor guest activity and prevent disturbances Assist with crowd control during busy hours Provide professional customer service while enforcing site rules Respond quickly to incidents and notify management as needed Complete detailed incident reports Work closely with staff to maintain a safe environment
