In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring entrances, managing crowd control, and responding swiftly to any incidents. Your proactive approach will help create a safe, welcoming atmosphere where everyone can enjoy their experience with confidence. Responsibilities Monitor entrances and exits to verify identification and prevent unauthorized access Conduct thorough checks of guests and staff using CCTV surveillance systems and physical inspections Manage crowd flow and enforce venue policies to maintain order during events or busy periods Respond promptly to disturbances or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary Maintain detailed incident reports and logs for all security-related activities Perform regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or hazards Requirements Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields preferred Valid Guard Card Strong ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail Ability to stand, walk, or remain stationary for extended periods during shifts Demonstrated understanding of security protocols and emergency procedures
