Field Supervisor - Security

™ Guard Services Inc. is a licensed California Private Patrol Operator providing professional on-site security services to commercial, industrial, and residential properties throughout California. We are currently hiring a Field Supervisor for client sites in Southern California .

$20.00/hour

Schedule:

Varies based on operational needs (including nights, weekends, and on-call coverage)

Coverage Area:

Multiple client sites throughout Southern California Job Responsibilities The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing field operations, ensuring officer performance, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Duties include:

Supervising and supporting security officers across multiple sites Conducting site inspections and patrol checks to ensure compliance Responding to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns Ensuring all post orders and company policies are followed Training, coaching, and correcting officers as needed Assisting with staffing coverage, call-offs, and scheduling gaps Reviewing reports, logs, and activity to ensure accuracy and completeness Acting as the primary point of contact between field staff and management Maintaining a strong, visible leadership presence across assigned locations Minimum Qualifications Applicants must meet the following requirements: Valid California BSIS Guard Card (required) Minimum 1 year of security experience (supervisory experience preferred) Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites Strong communication and leadership skills Professional appearance and demeanor High level of reliability, accountability, and punctuality Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make sound decisions Physical Requirements This position may require the ability to: Stand or walk for extended periods Travel between multiple job sites during shifts Conduct patrols of buildings and parking areas Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Sit for extended periods when completing reports or monitoring activity Bend, climb stairs, and lift up to approximately 25 pounds when necessary Reasonable accommodations will be made for qualified individuals with disabilities in accordance with applicable law.
