In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through vigilant surveillance, conflict management, and emergency response. Your commitment to safety and security will ensure a safe space for everyone on site, fostering a sense of trust and protection. Duties Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity across the premises and identify potential security threats. Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety protocols are followed. Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and employees by checking credentials and maintaining detailed access logs. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Manage conflict situations with professionalism using conflict management skills to de-escalate disputes effectively. Perform first aid and CPR when necessary to provide immediate assistance in medical emergencies. Maintain comprehensive incident reports, CCTV footage logs, and security records to ensure accurate documentation of daily activities and incidents. Experience Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; ongoing training in conflict management and emergency response is advantageous. Familiarity with security protocols related to access control, CCTV monitoring, and loss prevention strategies. Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining professionalism at all times.
