Job Overview We are seeking energetic and vigilant Security Officers to join our team in the Hemet, Perris, and Beaumont areas. In this dynamic role, you will be the frontline guardian of safety and security, ensuring the protection of property, assets, and personnel. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about safety, security regulations, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Monitor the premises via CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and ensure that safety protocols are followed. Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security breaches or hazards. Control access points using advanced access control systems, verifying identities and authorizations of visitors, employees, and contractors. Respond swiftly to emergencies by following established procedures for fire safety, medical incidents, or security threats. Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences with clarity and accuracy. Perform background checks on new personnel or visitors as part of security clearance procedures. Utilize conflict de-escalation techniques to manage disputes calmly and professionally while maintaining a safe environment. Skills Proven experience with surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras and access control systems. Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and emergency response protocols. Ability to perform first aid and CPR confidently; familiarity with AED operation is a plus. Skilled in manual handling techniques for heavy lifting or restraining individuals when necessary. Strong incident report writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with firearm handling, Taser deployment, fire safety equipment, and conflict management strategies. Excellent customer service skills, combined with a professional demeanor, for interacting positively with visitors and staff. Physical security expertise, including patrolling routines, compliance with security regulations, and emergency procedures management.
