Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic security team as a Security Personnel/Doorman, where your vigilance and professionalism will be the first line of defense in safeguarding our premises, residents, and visitors. You will be responsible for maintaining a secure and welcoming atmosphere through proactive patrolling, access control, and incident management. Your dedication to safety and customer service will help foster a secure community environment while ensuring compliance with all security regulations. Responsibilities Monitor entrances and exits and checking all IDs. Conduct regular patrols of the premises. Respond swiftly to incidents by performing conflict de-escalation techniques and managing emergency situations using established procedures. Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or unusual activities for future reference and investigations. Assist with heavy lifting or manual handling tasks when necessary to support safety protocols or logistical needs. Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors professionally and addressing their inquiries courteously while maintaining a vigilant security presence. Requirements At least 5 years experience. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively. Familiarity with emergency response procedures including fire safety protocols and medical emergencies. Compliance with all security regulations and standards relevant to the role.
