Lake Elsinore & Perris Areas Steadfast Security, Inc. is actively seeking reliable, alert, and professional Security Officers for immediate openings in the Lake Elsinore and Perris areas. Part-Time | Full-Time | On-Call Day, Swing, Graveyard, and Weekend Shifts Available We are looking for dependable officers who understand that security requires more than simply being present. Officers must actively patrol, remain observant, protect the property, and immediately report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or property damage. Responsibilities Conduct active and thorough property patrols. Monitor the property to prevent theft, vandalism, violence, and violations of site rules. Identify and immediately report property damage, flooding, leaks, broken doors, lighting issues, safety hazards, and unusual activity. Monitor individuals entering and leaving the property. Warn and address individuals violating property rules. Contact emergency personnel when necessary. Complete clear, accurate, and timely activity reports. Take and submit required patrol photographs. Remain alert, visible, and engaged throughout the entire shift. Follow all company policies, post orders, and supervisor instructions. Minimum Qualifications Valid California BSIS Guard Card. Reliable transportation. Strong attention to detail Working smartphone and ability to use reporting applications. Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English. Strong attention to detail and situational awareness. Reliable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts. Able to stand and walk for extended periods. Available to work overtime when operationally necessary. Professional, courteous, approachable, and respectful. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Must be able to work independently without constant supervision. Important We are seeking officers who take ownership of their assignments Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
