- High School diploma or equivalent
- SB1626 Campus/School Security Training Certificate
- SB390 Campus/School Security Training Certificate
- Possession of a valid California Driver's License
- Knowledge of the Lennox Community
- Demonstrate ability to communicate with high-risk students and their families
- Experience working with students in a school or recreational setting desirable
- Bilingual ability in English/Spanish desirable
- Candidate must be fingerprinted and TB tested
- Strong communication skills including ability to present ideas at parent and staff meetings
- First Aid and CPR Certification due at the time of hire
