In this vital role, you will ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets through vigilant surveillance, proactive conflict management, and prompt response to incidents. Your energetic presence will help create a secure environment where everyone feels protected and confident. Whether monitoring CCTV systems, conducting patrols, or assisting visitors, your dedication will keep our operations running smoothly and safely. Duties Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or security breaches. Conduct regular patrols of premises to identify potential hazards, unauthorized access, or safety concerns. Manage access control by verifying identities and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Respond swiftly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents with appropriate conflict management techniques and first aid if necessary. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents requiring law enforcement or medical assistance. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incident reports, and security breaches for record-keeping and analysis. Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing for theft or vandalism and implementing preventative measures. Qualifications Proven experience in security roles or law enforcement is highly desirable. Certifications in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), and conflict management are preferred. Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and security protocols. Background in military service or law enforcement provides valuable skills for this role. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts. Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and emergency responders. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally while maintaining a high level of vigilance.
