In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through vigilant surveillance, effective access control, and prompt incident response. Your energetic approach and commitment to safety will ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming atmosphere for everyone on site. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your security expertise while contributing to the safety of our community. Duties Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including buildings, outdoor areas, and restricted zones, using manual handling techniques when necessary. Control access points utilizing advanced access control systems to verify identities and authorize entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Respond swiftly to emergencies by executing emergency response procedures such as fire drills, AED operation, CPR administration, and first aid assistance. Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities with clarity and accuracy. Manage conflict de-escalation situations professionally while ensuring safety for all parties involved. Assist law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring their intervention. Experience Proven experience in security roles within environments such as corporate facilities, military settings, or law enforcement agencies is highly desirable. Certified in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and Taser use; additional certifications in fire safety or conflict management are advantageous. Demonstrated ability to write comprehensive incident reports clearly and accurately under pressure. Excellent customer service skills combined with conflict de-escalation expertise to handle sensitive situations professionally.
