AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor entry and exit points at a healthcare distribution location, verify identification and credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain accurate access-control records. Respond to access-control concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site. Help to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity by observing site activity, reporting concerns promptly, and communicating professionally with site contacts and first responders.

Minimum Requirements:

A Guard Card/License is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
