All officers are licensed by the California Bureau of Security & Investigative Services, ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Unarmed Security Officer to safeguard our clients' premises through attentive surveillance, access control, and incident management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to safety and security in diverse environments while utilizing your skills in conflict management, emergency response, and customer service. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security using CCTV systems and physical patrols Control access points by verifying credentials and performing background checks on visitors and contractors Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances with appropriate conflict de-escalation techniques Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities and security events Conduct visual inspections, surveillance using CCTV cameras, and patrols to deter theft or unauthorized access Enforce security regulations while providing excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff Experience Prior experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates Knowledge of surveillance systems, access control systems, CCTV operation, and incident report writing is highly desirable Background in military service or emergency response training such as first aid, CPR, AED operation, or fire safety is a plus Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure during emergency situations Familiarity with compliance standards related to physical security and security regulations is advantageous Join us in creating safer environments through active vigilance, professional conduct, and exceptional service.
