All candidates must be able to wear PPE for the duration of their shift and perform a foot patrol.

PM Week Total:

40 Hours per week (30 minutes paid lunch/ cannot leave the site for lunch) The officer will be on foot patrol, preventing unauthorized access and responding effectively to incidents. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, excellent conflict-management abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment for staff and visitors. Prior security experience is a must. Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, or other unlawful activities Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, Document incidents accurately through detailed reports, and maintain logs of daily activities Control access points by verifying identification and issuing visitor passes as needed Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting suspicious behavior Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services during incidents or investigations Skills Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail Excellent conflict management and de-escalation abilities Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Effective communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and accurately
